Denver West Towing was established on April 7th, 1988, and has been serving the Denver Metro Area specializing in Golden and West Denver since its conception. Denver West Towing is currently providing service for the general public, countless commercial auto repair facilities, Colorado State Patrol, Golden Police Department, and Colorado School of Mines. Denver West Towing was founded by Robert Mooney and Pete Kattes, in November 1998 Pete retired and solo-ownership was obtained by Robert and Stormy Mooney.
Denver West Towing has served through contract as the Official Police Garage for the City of Golden since January 1996. Since its conception Denver West Towing has had one primary desire, and that is to provide service for Golden and West Denver area with a goal to provide an “Honest service at a fair price and pride ourselves with customer service.” Now 23 years later, we still operate with that same goal and commitment.
At present time Denver West Towing has
10 employees in various positions and we have
combined core personnel with 50 plus years
of towing experience and 30 years combined
management experience. Denver West Towing
has drivers that are TRAA and Wreck Master
Certified and strongly believes in having new
hires introduced to TRAA and Wreck Master
